How quickly can I get a website?
After payment is received we have to customize your website to fit to your preferences and we can have it setup within 48-72 hours.
What is all included in the purchase of a website?
The purchase includes your domain registration and website hosting for the website. You also get the ability to have 3 ad spots per page and keep 100% of the fundraising dollars. In addition to these features, you will receive a professional support system for any questions you have about your site at anytime.
Do you provide support for the website?
Yes. We strive for customer satisfaction with our clients. We have a professional support system that allows the client to create helpdesk tickets and get a response within 24-48 hours.
How do I update the website because I do not know how to "code"?
No worries! You will have a unique login to access the admin portion of the website for updates. The admin section is very user friendly, which will allow a user to easily change the content of the website with just a few clicks from any computer with internet access.
Can kids register for Camps on our website?
We are creating an additional module for camp registrations and plan to release it in the summer. Campers will be able to register and pay for the camp all on your website.
Can we use the website as a fundraiser for our school?
Absolutely! We have designed the website to not only be informational for parents and fans but as a fundraiser for the school. We specifically designed the pages to include 2-3 ads per page and for them to not be distracting to visitors. On the All Sport website the school will have over 200 ad spots they can sell and keep 100% of the revenue. We believe a school can raise $10,000-$20,000 for their athletic program by having a website from Teamisportz.com.
Who will have access to update our website?
Admin rights will be given to whomever the purchaser requests to have a username and password. Submit a request thru the admin section for any additional usernames and passwords you would like to have setup. Access will be granted in two ways: 1.) Full access to update anything on the website; or 2.) Access to only the sport you’re associated with.
